I have practiced law in Ghana for over 15 years, working across a range of legal areas that have given me a deep understanding of how law operates in both personal and complex regulatory contexts. Over time, I have developed particular insight into the legal and ethical challenges that arise in assisted reproduction, including surrogacy.
In my experience, the difference between a well-structured legal framework and an inadequate one can have profound consequences. I have seen firsthand what happens when surrogacy arrangements are not properly protected and, importantly, what it looks like when they are handled with clarity, foresight, and care.
